The overall winner of this year’s 2016 Sandy 10 Road Race was Jordan Clay of Leighton Buzzard Athletic Club, who managed to knock more than a minute off his excellent 2015 finishing time.
Owen Wathen (Biggleswade AC) and Montana Edghill (Marshall Milton Keynes AC) were the winners at last Sunday’s Sandy 3K Fun Run – Owen finishing in an amazing time of 10 minutes 37 seconds and Montana just 11 secs behind him.
The Oakley 20 mile road race is a must for those training for the London Marathon and this year seven Biggleswade Athletic Club runners were among the 790 other runners to tackle this challenging course. Continue reading
